Almost all businesses being offered are done so on a confidential basis.  The respective owners do not want their competitors or the general public to know that they are for sale.  Therefore we are required by our contracts with  them to have all prospective buyers complete a confidentiality agreement prior to releasing the names, locations and other specific information.
